Sorry we couldn't get the stars to align for an on-mountain meet up. Sure was a beautiful day and the fresh groomers were an absolute blast first thing this morning. We had a group of 10 so I'm not sure if you saw us anywhere along the way.

I couldn't find anything cute to say, such as "this is what they used before cat-skiing", but I found this little ski wagon just charming.

HighAngles: That's a large group. We didn't see y'all but glad you had such a blast. After a few runs on the front, we took the gondola to the Outback and had our BLT sandwiches at the new lodge there and skied there much of the afternoon. That new facility is VERY NICE. I thought I was at Snow Basin for a minute. Staff seemed really anxious to serve; or they are staffed for Christmas week and not enough visitors to keep them busy. Whatever the reason, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.
We also made 10-12 runs at the "learning center" slope. Focus on something different each time down.

Leaving Saturday this trip, but we will be back another time or two; for certain the first week in February. Then Lynn will also be here the week of 3/18 for a medical conference. There will likely be another week, but that may be Big Sky or Lake Tahoe. Going to Beaver Creek tomorrow. It wasn't so much stars aligning as vacationers acting like they were on vacation. It would be good to connect on the next trip, and later in the season we get up a bit earlier.
