What about Me?? aka Jim Ratliff. Doesn't anyone (other than HA) care that my extremely beloved little V6 RAV4 is in the hospital and scheduled for major surgery. I grew up on the plains of Kansas -- not having your car is as bad as a cowboy without his horse? I wonder if Hertz got their start renting horses?

Lynn, Sorry to hear about your head bonk. Hope you bounce back quickly. This head bonking stuff ain't no fun. Jim and Mark, Sorry to hear about your carriages being bumped up. Body shop, here we come. Everyone else on this forum, please be careful. Just wanted to say that her head DID bounce back quickly -- that was the source of the knot on her head. Just as background, Lynn doesn't care much for roller coasters because she always closes her eyes when she gets to the scary part. She did the same when it was clear that we were headed off the road -- I could have told her we hit a cow and she would not have been able to say I was wrong (but she might have wondered where the cow came from). Anyway, thanks to one and all for sharing our experiences and for the good wishes. Fortunately, my insurance company has an appointment with Lynn tomorrow to compensate her for all of her PAIN and SUFFERING.

Lynn, heal well. I'm encouraged to see that your sense of humor is intact.
Fellas, sorry to hear about your cars. Glad you two and Jim's passenger walked away.

Jim's next ski transport vehicle....
Lynn, just think of the peace and quiet in the car if your "passenger" rode in the comfy chair?

Just don't let him have a ski pole, otherwise he will want to drive from up there. He should be allowed his new MIPS helmet, though, just in case of a sudden stop.
