Heluva, you crack me up. Will there he more compassion and empathy on display at the international ski guys outing? Naturally, I am of course known for my compassion and empathy when coaching skiing. I am reminded of the quote attributed to a member of the Green Bay Packers, first Super Bowl championship team, describing their now legendary coach Vince Lombardi. "He treats all alike, like dogs!" Ducking! Last time Helluva saw me ski, he told me to go back to book 1, page 1 or something like that. BTW, my Blue Mountain opens this weekend with 3 trails. Earliest opening ever!

Last time Helluva saw me ski, he told me to go back to book 1, page 1 or something like that. Was that the last time we skied together? I thought it was a few years ago... [readers note: I am not denying that this was suggested]

Helluva
Last time we skied was January '13, it will be great to ski with you and Kathleen this January. How much snow are you dealing with at your home?

Gary, is Bristol open with all that lake effect? Here is my favorite Southern snowboarding parody. The guy with the neck brace is actually very bright...and a pretty good actor.

Hey Perry...Yup...Bristol opened up last week...one of THE earliest on record I believe. Rocket Run..one of their longest steep runs opened providing 1200 vertical feet of turns and churns. Got there on the 2nd day and the snow was really good. 1st run started out as groomed, then from there out with the skiers that showed up, we had pushed around, scraped off and piles....perfect! The snow along the edges was ankle high with grass showing up through after a couple of hours. Made 10 runs and came back the next day for 10 more....so....to say the least..I'm stoked!
It was SOOOOOOO nice to be back on snow....cold weather continues with the "REAL" winter almost on our door step.
Best, G
