But it's only Level II? Where's your self confidence?

Todd is our resident professor, can't imagine self confidence is the issue. As he will do PSIA on powder days, I'm now empowered to draft a mountain bike rider next time I'm riding in a 25mph headwind in the northeaster storms that haunt the shore regions in the NE. Personally, I'd rather ski powder!

Trust me, it's not a good feeling when I'm cruising at 16mph, and, get passed by a mountain bike. Follow-up question for LP: with their different aerodynamics, do MTBers leave a bigger draft for roadies they pass to luxuriate in? I have no first-hand knowledge of the matter , but perhaps you do . Todd, Yesterday, I was doing some riding into a pretty stiff headwind, flags were straight out, and riding somewhere around 14 mph. A pretty big guy went by me very quickly, riding an upright cross trainer bike, so, I sprinted to catch him and ride in his windshadow. He was doing 17.5 mph and I'd love to have his legs under me when skiing . I rode with him for about a mile, but, my heart rate monitor just kept climbing into rates I can't maintain, so I let go. Not quite a mountain bike, but, close enough. The windshadow from a paceline of several riders is much better than following one person. So thanks for the mini-challenge, I've been anticipating this opportunity when riding and wanted to give you a quick report out. Some time you can tell us what it's like to ski in Harald's windshadow! Or the doing the figure 8 turns video that he and Diana posted up, with you filling in for her. Ha! Ha! And please post pics!
